Exchange Policy – Online Purchases
Exchange Window: Within 15 days of delivery.
Eligible Exchanges:
Only for the same product in a different size.
Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.
Limit: One exchange per item.
Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted for damaged items upon delivery.
Proof of damage (photo or video) must be submitted at the time of unboxing.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Product Defects
No returns or exchanges accepted after 7 days from delivery.
Damaged item? Proof must be provided during unboxing.
In-Store Purchases
All in-store sales are final.
