Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work at Tiba Collections:

Standard Orders:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer care team at customercare@tibacollections.com.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we may not be able to cancel it.

Customized Orders:
Please note that customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed.
